Indoor Venue Rental
Reserve our Tampa event hall for birthday parties, baby showers, wedding receptions, repasts, family gatherings, meetings, workshops, church events, and community celebrations.
Venue rental includes access to the indoor facility .
Sunday Through Thursday
$150 per hour
A two-hour minimum rental is required.
Friday
$175 per hour
A two-hour minimum rental is required.
Saturday
$200 per hour
A two-hour minimum rental is required.
Applicable Florida sales tax, required fees, deposits, equipment rentals, and selected decorating services are additional. Rates may increase during peak-season and holiday dates.
Outdoor Event Space
Backyard Rental
$500 for four hours
Plan an outdoor celebration beneath the property’s mature trees in a private, fenced setting.
The backyard rental includes four picnic tables and may be used for approved family gatherings, birthday parties, baby showers, outdoor ceremonies, community events, games, bounce houses, and water slides.
The outdoor-only rental does not include access to the indoor facility. Indoor access may be added for an additional fee.
All tents, inflatables, games, outside equipment, and event plans must be approved before the event.
Decorate It Yourself or Let Us Support You
You are welcome to bring your own approved decor and prepare the venue yourself.
For hosts who would like help, A Level Up Rental Hall offers optional setup and decorating packages. Our team can help you select the level of support that fits your event style, guest count, and budget.
Decorating package prices include the venue rental for the package’s stated rental period. Required fees, deposits, taxes, additional rentals, upgraded decor, and custom decor are charged separately.

Level One: Venue Essentials
$1,200
Designed for hosts who want a clean, coordinated foundation while adding some of their own personal details.
For up to 50 guests and eight tables

Custom backdrops are available for an additional fee and are not included in the package pricing.
Level Two: Styled Celebration
$1,350
A strong fit for hosts who want the room prepared with coordinated linens, chairs, and a decorated focal area.

Level Three: Signature Experience
$1,500

Looking for a Custom Backdrop?
Custom backdrops are available for an additional cost and require at least three to four weeks’ notice. Pricing will depend on the requested design, size, materials, and event details.
Required Fees and Deposits
The following charges apply in addition to the selected venue rental or decorating package unless your written agreement states otherwise.
Event Attendant Fee
$75 per reservation
An event attendant fee is required for every reservation.
Refundable Incidental Deposit
$250
The incidental deposit is refundable according to the conditions outlined in your rental agreement.
Florida Sales Tax
Applicable venue rentals, packages, and additional services are subject to the current Florida sales-tax rate.
Your rental agreement will explain when payments are due, what may be deducted from the incidental deposit, and when an eligible refund will be issued.
Individual Decor and Equipment Rentals
Need a few additional items without selecting a full decorating package? Ask about available à la carte rentals.

Before You Reserve
Please contact the venue before purchasing rental hours or selecting a package.
Adding an item to your cart does not automatically reserve a specific event date or time.
Your reservation is confirmed after:
Your preferred date and time have been approved.
Your event details and guest count have been reviewed.
The rental agreement has been completed.
All required reservation payments have been received.
Written confirmation has been issued by A Level Up Rental Hall.
